Terms and conditions for the Accomodation

This rental is made under the ordinary and legal conditions in such matters and in particular to those below that the lessee undertakes to perform, under penalty of all damages and even termination of these presents, if good seems to the lessor and without being able to claim the reduction in rent.

Arrival times are normally scheduled in the afternoon after 4:00 p.m.

Departure times are normally scheduled in the morning before 11:00 a.m.

 It is agreed that in the event of the tenant's withdrawal:

             - more than a month before the lease takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid,

             - less than a month before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the total rent, as a penalty clause.

If a delay of more than four days compared to the scheduled arrival date has not been reported by the lessee, the lessor may rightly try to re-let the accommodation while retaining the right to turn against the lessee .

 e) Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them "as a good father" and to maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.

f) The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached description. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee at his departure a “cleaning” supplement for the rented premises, the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped objects, furniture or equipment. or deteriorated and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cleaning price of the covers made dirty, compensation for deterioration of any kind concerning curtains, wallpapers, ceilings, carpets, carpet, windows, bedding, etc. …

g) The lessee undertakes to insure himself against rental risks (fire, water damage, etc.). Failure to provide insurance in the event of a claim will give rise to damages.

The lessee must verify that their main housing contract provides for the vacation extension (vacation rental).

The lessee has the obligation to report to the lessor within 24 hours, any incident occurring in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.

Prices

The rates per night change during the season depending on the dates desired. Please search according to your dates to determine the price of your stay on the Book Quickly page. For those who wish to stay more than 7 days, a reduction will be applied.

PAYMENT TERMS

1st payment: 30% to be paid when the reservation is made online by credit card or PayPal payment.

2nd payment: 70% to be paid 7 days before arrival in the house by bank transfer or upon entry by check or cash.

 safety deposit

A security deposit of EUR 2,500 to be paid upon arrival. This will be returned to you 1 week after the date of your departure if no damage has been found in the accommodation.

Minors

All children are welcome.

Children 18 and older are considered adults at this property.

0 - 3 years old Possibility to use a baby cot on request - € 20 per stay

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly from the establishment.

This property cannot accommodate extra beds.

Age restriction

Customers must be at least 18 years old to be able to register.

Smokers / Non-smokers

This accommodation is non-smoking.

Parties

Parties / events are not allowed without the owner's agreement.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
