PRICES FOR THE 2025 SEASON
Prices for the rental of the villa (without or with pool house) for the season 2025 :
June 21 to 27: rented
June 28 to July 4: rented
July 5 to July 11: rented
July 12 to July 18: 1080€/day (+130€/day/room if Pool House included)
July 19 to July 25: 1080€/day (+130€/day/room if Pool House included)
July 26 to August 9: 1200€/day (+140€/day/room if Pool House included)
August 9 to 15: rented
August 16 to 22: rented
August 23 to August 31: 1080€/day (+140€/day/room if Pool House included)
All Saints’ Day: 650€/day (+90€/day/room if Pool House included)
Additional charges:
-Cleaning and linen (350€/stay for the villa)
-Tourist tax
Pool House can be rented independently all year round
(except July and August)
Rates: 170€ per night for a master suite, breakfast included
breakfast included or 290€ for the entire pool house.
Access to the pool and jacuzzi is included in the price.
Cleaning and linen per stay for the pool house: 70€/stay
